    ‘Asia is both mysterious and modern at the same time, it’s traditional, but also progressive. The summer 2012 collection has been inspired by three iconic women that have taken hold of Marlies Dekkers: the empress Cixi, fairy tale princess Kaguya and the Lady from Shanghai, but also by the symbolic side of this continent, that has taken the form of the cherry blossom and the talisman that is said to bring fortune’. There is nothing Asian about this picture. There is nothing coherent about that paragraph. There is much that is wrong, here. Edit: Oh, there is so much more wrong all over that Tumblr.
